Paul is the son of an evangelist from Glendale who made his violin debut at Royce Hall at the age of 13, and is now an award winning film composer celebrated for his stunningly intimate film scores, such as Diving Bell and the Butterfly. Together they formed the Wild Colonials in the early '90's -- an LA-based alternative rock band that fused folk-tinged melodies with unconventional instruments.
