This week we headed out to learn more about an exciting new Farmer’s Market that is coming to Aylmer. We toured the Elgin Innovation Center (Former Imperial Tobacco building) to see the progress and learn about the vision for the market. Then we sat down to talk with Terry Dueck and Amy Burkes, who are two of the key members heading up the project about what to expect when it opens in November.
