EMBRACING EQUITY IN MARRIAGE; 7 IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

This  episode is in celebration of International Women's Day 2023.

 This year’s theme is, Embrace Equity and the central message is around awareness of the fact that we must go beyond equality to equity. This is because equal opportunities alone is not always the answer especially when the playing field is not level.

Equality is about ensuring everyone has the same measure but equity says one person might need more than the other, and in spirit of fairness it's important to recognise that and act on it.

I was interested to understand the place of equity in relationships.  Does it have any place the marriage relationship to be precise? I was curious to know so I went digging, found some interesting stuff which I share with you in this episode.
