America’s Land Auctioneer is joined by Jon Benson, Vice President at Heartland Trust, live in Naples Florida this week. He discusses the importance of proper succession planning and he talks about estate tax limits while explaining some of the important changes taking place in 2025. Jon also explains how to differ and minimize tax liability.
America’s Land Auctioneer is also joined by Christian Miller, Equipment Auctioneer at Pifer’s. The two discuss the equipment market and how equipment prices are starting to stabilize as inventory starts to increase.
Kevin and Christian also discuss some upcoming equipment auctions and highlight some of the premier equipment they have for sale. They also discuss the marketing strategy Pifer’s uses to help buyers get the best results on auction day.
