What's My Age Again?

Welcome back to The Millennial Timeline Podcast! In today's episode, I discuss how I feel younger than I really am and when does middle age really begin? I often hear from those younger than me that 30 is, "so old." I am here to say that life does not end at 30! In fact, it's just beginning. Age is truly a mindset and it is ok to feel younger than the age indicates on our birth certificate.
