Closing My Mind Tabs
Welcome back to The Millennial Timeline Podcast! Today's episode is a little different and more of a stream of consciousness. I've had a lot on my mind lately with current and personal life events and I feel like my brain has 60 tabs open at any given point. Having this much on the mind can definitely slow down decision-making and can lead one to feel overwhelmed and frustrated. In an attempt to close some of the tabs in my brain, I discuss a few of the "tabs" that are taking up the most space in my brain.
