Whether it is societal pressure or the comments from family and friends, it can be difficult to feel like we are not achieving everything that we should be on the "correct schedule." The last 18 months have been difficult on us all and many of us have had to make sacrifices, but it is important to give ourselves grace during these times. I discuss my personal thoughts and feelings and try to offer some words of encouragement for others who may feel discouraged and frustrated like myself.
