In this episode of the podcast, I am guiding you through YogaNidra practice. Yoganidra is amazing for reducing stress, to bring healing energy into our life. In Yoganidra, from the point of view of relaxation, it resembles the state of deep sleep; however, we maintain full awareness. In that sense, yoganidra can be considered a state somewhere ‘in between' the waking and deep sleep states. Yoganidra originated in the wisdom of yoga, we can find mention of “yoganidra” yogic scripture like Vishnu Purana, Shiva Purana, Devi Mahatmya etc.

YogaNidra has many benefits, eg it can reduces stress, enhances cognitive performance and improves memory, better sleep, Improved waking mindfulness, and may help to treat chronic pain and post-traumatic stress disorder.

 

To experience the sound bath, I suggest lying down comfortably and follow the guided suggestions.
