And I can tell you 100% I hit 40. And as my hormones started to change, my libido was on fire. I have never had the sex drive I have now in my earlier years, in in my 20s and my 30s, even though I really enjoyed and was a very sexual person. Then I hit 40 and my body was on fire, and well, it hasn't slowed down. So cheers to that.
