Speaker 1:

Do the sex. Welcome to Masturbation Monday with me, annette Benedetti, your host for Locker Room Talk and Chats. This is your invitation to join me for coffee in bed and a candid conversation about the masturbation practice I'm developing to support my mental, physical and emotional health and help manifest my dreams. Masturbation Monday is a guide to self-pleasure, better sex and using the power of the pussy to open new doors to a better life. Today's Masturbation Monday topic is squirting, aka female ejaculation. You're going to learn everything you want to know, including, yes, how to make her squirt if she can and if she wants to. For many people, men in particular, the act of making a woman squirt is the equivalent of earning a gold medal for your performance in bed. But how accurate is that measurement? You'll find out today. Other folks insist that a woman squirting is the equivalent of her peeing, and they find it disgusting. How accurate is that? We're going to address it. I've even received questions from listeners who are curious about the safety of ingesting a woman's squirt. Is it safe? I'll get to that too. By the end of this episode. You're going to know what squirting is, what it means when a woman squirts, which might surprise you, how it feels to women when they squirt, because, yes, there are differences in how it feels, how to make a woman squirt if she wants to and how to deal with it when a woman can't help but squirt during and throughout any type of sexual encounter. So let's get ready to dive in and talk about all things squirting Cheers. If you have listened to my podcast for any time now, you know I've had some crazy squirting experiences. I have strong opinions about squirting and what I've experienced when people are trying to make me squirt. I've also had a silver medalist in the squirting Olympics on this podcast. I'll make sure to link that podcast below. But I want to dive into just facts, some serious, hard facts about squirting so we can get all that straight before we get into it how does it feel and how do you make it happen?

Speaker 1:

Let's get started with the definition of squirting. Squirting, also known as female ejaculation, is defined as the expulsion of fluid through the urethra during sexual intercourse or sexual acts. But I know what you really want to know and that is what is female ejaculate made out of. So let's talk about the fluid composition. Female ejaculation, also known as squirting, is made up of a combination of urine and a substance that comes from the skein's gland. So this substance comes from the skein's gland, it goes through the urethra, it can look milky, it can taste sweet sometimes and it most often does not smell at all like urine.

Speaker 1:

While many, many people get hung up on the debate about whether or not female ejaculate is pee or is not pee, what most people can agree on is what comes out neither looks nor smells like urine and really, when it comes down to it, isn't that what's most important? And science backs up the fact that it is not entirely urine, but there are traces that are often found. So what is the Skeen's glands? Well, the Skeen's glands is thought to be the equivalent of the male prostate, except for in the female body. They are located on either side of the urethra. They are thought to be the primary source of the fluid that is emitted during squirting, and they create and hold a fluid that is chemically similar to the fluid found in the male prostate. So now that you know where the fluid that is emitted during squirting comes from, let's talk about volume. Many sources will say that when women squirt, it's just a couple teaspoonfuls at most. But if you've been with a woman who squirts or you are a woman who squirts or you've watched porn. You know that the volume of a female ejaculation can be everything from a teaspoon full to like full on fire hose experience. So there's actually a lot of variability in what that looks like and how much comes out.

Speaker 1:

Now that we've covered what squirting is, where it comes from, how much fluid might come out, let's talk about how squirting happens. So squirting is associated with G-spot stimulation. If you've watched my other videos, especially my video on fingering, you know that the G-spot is located right inside the vaginal opening, on the belly side of the woman's vagina. Now, how far in that G-spot is really depends on the woman. I've said in the past, mine is literally right inside my vaginal opening. Some women have it a little bit deeper inside of them. Now, what you need to do to the G-spot in order to help a woman squirt or get a woman to squirt, we're going to get to that shortly, so hang in there.

Speaker 1:

Before we move on to talk about how it feels when a woman squirts, how to help her squirt and how to help her deal with it when she squirts uncontrollably, I want to present a couple fun facts to you about squirting. The very first one is not every woman squirts. Now, scientists believe all of our bodies should have that capability, but regardless of that, the fact is not every woman squirts. In fact, some research shows that only 10 to 50% of women have squirted. Now, I know that's a huge variability, but I'm going to be honest with you. The studies around female ejaculation are shit like shit and there's a lot of conflicting information, as there often is when it comes to women's health, women's sexuality and the female sexual experience. But what we know is not all women say or report having experienced squirting. But more importantly than that is what does it mean when a woman squirts? Now, a lot of people, especially men, mistakenly think that every time a woman squirts it's an orgasm, like that is a sign that you made her cum. This is very, very inaccurate. So the next fun fact is linked to the first fun fact, totally associated. Just went over. Going to go over it again.

Speaker 1:

Squirting is not always linked to orgasm. It can be, but it isn't always. It's not always linked to pleasure. Sometimes it can just happen because you're having sex and there is pressure in the right area. It is not an indicator of having done your job or that your job is complete, so that's super important for people to realize as well.

Speaker 1:

Finally, I've been asked this question several times via email Is squirt or female ejaculate safe to ingest? The answer is yes, just like any other bodily fluid that might happen during sex or male ejaculate, it is safe to ingest. However, there's a caveat there. Obviously, it is a bodily fluid, so it can carry STDs. So if you haven't had a talk with your partner, you're not monogamous with them or you're concerned about getting STDs, make sure ahead of time you're communicating with your partner and you know what their STD status is. It's just like any exchange of any other bodily fluid. So how does it feel to a woman when she squirts?

Speaker 1:

Women report vastly different experiences when it comes to squirting and I'm going to run through some of the most common. The first one is that some women only squirt when they're actually having an orgasm, just a I don't want to say typical orgasm, but typically a G-spot or G-spot and clitoral blended orgasm. I have gone over orgasms before and all the different types of orgasms. I will make sure to link that below as well, but squirting is most commonly associated with a G-spot orgasm or an orgasm that has both G-spot and clitoral stimulation at the same time. So I'm going to go over how to actually do that and give someone a squirting orgasm. Now there are also women who have what they call squirting orgasms I myself have never experienced this where the squirting itself feels like its own unique type of orgasm, separate from the G-spot plus clitoral blended orgasm, and so this type of orgasm is sort of sits in its own orgasm experience place, and what women say who experience squirting orgasms is that it feels just like an incredible release, an intense feeling, followed by, of course, the pleasure that comes from the gushing. So those are the two ways in which squirting can be associated with orgasm.

Speaker 1:

So what about women who squirt but it's not connected to orgasm? What's that all about? Well, some women say it's uncomfortable and that it just makes them feel like they need to pee and they feel uncomfortable the whole time and there's a warm rush. Some women just say when they get aroused they just notice like more of a gush, and that it's pleasurable but it's not orgasmic. Some women just say it happens and it's not even associated with pleasure. It's more associated with the pressure that is taking place at the time, either from the insertion of a penis or a dildo or fingers. So there is a range of experience.

Speaker 1:

So, as we move on to how to make a woman squirt, the very first thing I want to say to you is that the first thing you need to do if you want to make your partner squirt is have a consensual conversation about the act. One of the biggest complaints I've heard from women, myself included, is having a partner most typically a male partner just try to make you squirt without even talking to you about it ahead of time. One of the most common methods to making a woman squirt includes, and can build up to, some pretty vigorous hand action, and that can be quite painful, especially if you're not someone who squirts or you're someone who doesn't really enjoy squirting, or squirting is not the equivalent of an orgasm. So, yes, I am going to tell you how to make a woman squirt, but it doesn't necessarily mean that when she squirts she's orgasming. Remember that. I mean, hopefully this method will allow her to do both, but it is not something you should try before you have a conversation with her. Some women don't don't enjoy the process at all, don't want you to do it. So doing that, just going ahead and doing it without talking to them is well, it will definitely not get you a gold medal in bed. In fact, it will probably keep you from getting invited back into the bedroom. So heed my warning in advance.

Speaker 1:

Now that the consent conversation is out of the way, let's dive into how to make a woman squirt. The very first thing you're going to want to do is be prepared. We've already mentioned that when it comes to women squirting, they can squirt either a tiny bit of fluid or it can be a full-on fire hose. So you want to be prepared with towels. I highly recommend sports sheets. Sports sheets are waterproof sheets you can buy at sex stores that you can lay on your bed under the person that you're playing with, and they are waterproof. You can also get waterproof covers for your actual mattress, especially if you know that your partner tends to dump cup bowls when they squirt. Another thing that you are going to need to have on hand is lots and lots and lots of lube as always, lots of lube Also, as the person who is going to be helping your partner squirt. Consider what you are wearing or not wearing. You are going to be on the splash pad, so either get naked or make sure you have a change of clothes because you're going to get wet.

Speaker 1:

The next thing you're going to want to do is make sure your partner is comfortable and I'm not just saying physically, I'm talking about emotionally. Have the conversations you need to have in advance to let her know that. However this goes whether she doesn't squirt at all or she squirts a tiny bit or a whole lot regardless of what happens, you are going to be 100% fine and happy with the end result. Do not put any pressure on her. That's 100%. The most important thing A big part of a woman squirting is her personality being able to release. It's all about release and if you're stressed or self-conscious release, it's really hard to acquire. Now that you're prepared and she's relaxed, it's time to get her aroused Now. This should have been happening for quite a while because, as we all know, foreplay is something that should start with conversation long before you ever get to the close coming off.

Speaker 1:

But now that we're getting down to the act, I want to highly recommend that you go back and listen to or watch my episode on fingering. I really talk about how to get a woman aroused with fingering. Where to start, how to work her up to being penetrated with your fingers, and so that's what you're going to be working up to getting her aroused. Maybe start with some dirty talk I have an episode on that. Maybe start with some sensual touch, if she likes that. If you like a little BDS Emmy play, you can do that. But you want to have her fully aroused before we get to finding the G-spot, which we know is linked to squirting.

Speaker 1:

For women who squirt, once you have her aroused and you've worked your way down to her vulva, you definitely want to start with her clit. Again, I mentioned before, squirting is linked to, yes, g-spot stimulation. But the key, the primary key, is the combination of clitoral stimulation and G-spot stimulation. I also have a full episode on how to touch a clit and that's going to come into play here, so I'm going to also link that below for you to check out as well. But once she's aroused, you've done your clitoral stimulation and you've inserted a finger it's time to start stimulating the G-spot. Now you may wonder how you're going to know where the G-spot is and when it's fully stimulated. The G-spot is a great indicator of your partner's arousal. When she's aroused, it will become engorged and you're going to feel this sort of bumpy, spongy mass that stands out from the rest of her vaginal wall. That's the area you're going for.

Speaker 1:

I want to recommend working her up to two fingers of insertion if you want to try and make her squirt. I think that you're more likely to get her to squirt when you have two fingers as opposed to one. One finger will work, but I am fond of the two finger method. You're going to need a lot of lube. You're going to need consent when you add that second finger. Make sure that she's ready to have two fingers. So once you've found her G spot, it's engorged. You have your two fingers inserted.

Speaker 1:

You're going to start the come here motion. So your two fingers are curling towards your palm and basically massaging the G spot and you're going to start that motion and it's going to be nice and slow and easy and you're going to make sure that it's comfortable for her. At the same time, you can use your thumb on her clit and give her that clitoral stimulation while you're giving her that G-spot massage. Now it might also be super helpful to have her play with her clit while you are taking care of the G-spot. You can also invite her to use a vibrator on the clit or a clit section toy on the clit while you massage her G-spot as she becomes more and more aroused.

Speaker 1:

That motion that you're using the come here motion, is going to pick up pace. But more importantly than paces, you're going to add pressure. You're going to add pressure to that movement. As you are picking up pace Now you're going to want to stay with her and be communicating, asking her if it feels all right, because this can be painful for someone, especially what for women who are not squirters. It can get to a point where it's just uncomfortable and painful and puts her out of commission. So you're going to continue this come Heather motion. You're going to pick up the pace. You're going to pick up the pressure and for some people that pressure can become so vigorous that you actually get your whole wrist and arm involved and you can be really sort of pulling against their body and pulling them towards you. Again, you need to be in constant conversation with your partner about this and make sure it doesn't get to be too much. As they build in arousal and they are brought to orgasm, they are going to be highly likely to squirt and that added pressure is really the key. It gets those skin glands to release and, if they are lucky, they will have a squirting orgasm, or they will have a blended orgasm and squirt as well. Now remember, some women don't squirt, so at some point she may want you to stop it's not that you've done anything wrong or she may just have an orgasm that doesn't include any squirting. So it's a win-win.

Speaker 1:

Finally, a conversation about squirting wouldn't be a good conversation if we didn't talk about how to support women who squirt uncontrollably. I've known women who get slightly aroused and they gush like a fire hose. I've also known women who squirt every time they come or every time they're penetrated. Unfortunately, most of these women feel ashamed, embarrassed, stressed before sex because they don't know what a new partner will think or if their current partner is getting sick of it and the cleanup that ensues. It's super important not to shame women or people of any gender for how their bodies react during sex. Communication in advance is super important. Getting the supplies you need to have a great experience with your partner is important. There are supplies for anybody that does anything during intimacy, and no one should be shamed for how their body reacts to pleasure and penetration.

Speaker 1:

Now that I've shared all of these facts about squirting, how to make a woman squirt, and given you an inside peek into what squirting is like for a woman, I hope you realize that making a woman squirt isn't what makes you a badass in bed. Your ability to navigate consent and communication with your partner is really what determines how she feels about you as a lover. Sometimes these conversations are awkward. Sometimes they're awkward especially when it comes up in the middle of sex and the next thing you know, the fluids are flowing. But learning to talk to a partner, respect their wants, needs and experiences, partner respect their wants, needs and experiences that's what's going to make you the person that they want to have come back again and again and again. That's gold, metal, fucking material, if you ask me.

Speaker 1:
