Nebelhorn Trophy preview: Republic of Korea's Yura Min and Spain's Laura Barquero and Marco Zandron; plus GB sports psychologist Mike Rotheram

Welcome to episode 15 of The Ice Skating Podcast!

We are at a crucial point in the Figure Skating season, with places for the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games on the line at the Nebelhorn Trophy.

Korea's Yura Min, who has qualified for the Olympics via this route before, tells us all about the nerves and excitement before this big occasion, as well as about dancing with a chicken – while Spain's Laura Barquero and Marco Zandron see it as one of the biggest moments of their life.

There's also a chat with GB sports psychologist Mike Rotheram, who is currently working with the British Short Track team who hands out some advice we can all benefit from!

The Ice Skating Podcast is the official pod of the International Skating Union, hosted by Luke Norman and Nick Moore.
