Changes, do we welcome them or?

Hello!
I am back after six months.
Life happened and I have missed posting and being here. 
This episode is about deep self-discovery, which is something we yearn for but when it happens, it really happens.  We go through it.  We can either choose to answer the call and level up or curl up and sit in the mess and have the mess become our lives.
Yes, life is messy but do we want it to invade our everyday lives forever?

I also say in the podcast the last episode was November but yikes it was September.
