Miles Through Motherhood || with Morgan Boland

I am so excited for you this week! Morgan joins us on the podcast to give her journey of begining running and begining motherhood! So much going on at one time.  Instead of waiting until her life was a little more stable, kids are older, or whatever else could have been used as an excuse, she began to train for her first half marathon just before her new born was one year old. Then comes two more, plus all the extra benefits she discovered as she ran through pregnancy.
