Being Okay with Feeling Uncomfortable (runner struggle edition)

Being uncomfortable has really been holding me back. I find this a lot when I am doing speed work, I am scared that if something doesn't hurt now it will hurt later. I have been working a lot on my mental strength while I'm running lately and I want to share tools with you...because it has taken me a while to figure out how to practice pushing through being uncomfortable!
