Despite the Thanksgiving holiday, franchises were still selling like crazy.

First up on the list Furryland, which is a mobile dog grooming franchise. Furryland features the investor model. What that means is, if you invest in a Furryland, you can pay them an additional 5% royalty to run your franchise for you With a franchise that shows a net income of $263,000 in its item 19,. Only a small flex space is required for a Furryland and you get your vans on the road and you get those dogs getting groomed and it's a good business.

Next up on the list Mighty Dog Roofing. Mighty Dog Roofing this is from our friends at Horsepower Brands. We can save you $10,000 on your Mighty Dog Roofing franchise as well, but I gotta tell you I can't imagine there's too many units left the way these guys have sold. What is Mighty Dog Roofing? It's a roofing franchise. It's a roofing franchise that shows net income of $408,000 on average. It's a pretty darn lucrative roofing franchise. Their whole thing is roofing is an extremely fragmented and unsophisticated industry. They're bringing in a strong brand. Makes sense, right? That's what we're seeing with a lot of these traditional boring businesses. Franchises are creating great brands and making boring businesses cool. We have a client that actually invested in another roofing franchise. He did $200,000 gross in his first full month. Roofing is a great business and there's great opportunity to build a recession-proof business that could do millions of dollars gross.

But if you haven't listened to my podcast before, I'm gonna explain to you how you make more money with franchises, especially service franchises like Mighty Dog. You buy more units One, two, three了. Let's get out to it. Yeah, let's do it. Okay, let's go. I've got a videoclip. Hello, I'm a brand, a brand with ASMR Cheers.

So, for example, mighty Dog has a franchise of $59,500. They say the total investment is about $320,000 to build a single unit franchise to profitability. So what that means typically is that with your Mighty Dog franchise in a single unit, let's say, the potential is a million to two million gross and $100,000 to $400,000 net. So, depending upon your territory, depending upon how much you can invest and how much you want to make. That's going to depend on how many units you buy. The great thing about service franchises is versus retail is that typically, when you're adding more units, it doesn't mean you're spending millions of dollars on more brick and mortar. What it means is you're paying additional franchise fees and with most of these service franchises there is a sliding scale. So if the first unit's $49,000, the second one's $49,000, and so on. So that's why people are so bullish on these service franchises like Mighty Dog Roofing.

Next up on the list, another service franchise. This one is called Spray Foam Genie. It provides spray foam insulation and, for those of you that don't know, spray foam insulation is like the Cadillac of insulation. It keeps their temperatures more regulated, it removes allergens. It's just a better insulation by a wide margin. In fact, people pay almost double to use spray foam insulation versus traditional insulation. The average consumer job is like $8,000 and these guys will even land commercial jobs that are like $100,000. So for those of you that are in corporate America and wanting to still do B2B, believe it or not, a service business like Spray Foam Genie is B2B and B2C, and if you can go out and close a six-figure deal. That's pretty dang exciting. Spray Foam Genie this is another 2023 top seller. They also feature the investor model where you pay them 5% to run the majority of your business for you. With the investor model, you still want to have a couple hours a week available to monitor your business, to check in on your business, but for the most part, spray Foam Genie Furryland, through a company called Phoenix Brands, will run your franchise for you for that 5%. Next up is Prime IV. Want to save 2K on Prime IV? Text me. This is really straightforward. It's a drip bar franchise. Believe it or not, people have really invested in these things like crazy. For example, prime IV has 11 specialized infusions with high doses of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants that provide 100% absorption to cells, tissues that need it most. So we're all learning how important the right nutrition is for us and that's why things like Prime IV are really taking off. There's another one called the drip bar. We've helped clients invest in both. They're great businesses. You can expect to spend $500,000 plus to get your drip bar profitable and if you're lucky you'll net 100 to 200 grand per unit. So again that thing is if it's me, I'm grabbing two drip bar franchises, I'm spending $1 million and I'm making $200 grand a year. That's pretty much the math on something like that. Next up on the list storage authority. Storage authority well, what is it? It is self-storage made easy. So, folks, let's be real. These are very expensive. This is a big real estate play. You're going to spend a million, $5 to $3 million getting your storage authority open and profitable, but once you do, it is a really kind of straightforward low overhead, low maintenance, easy business, easily recession resistant. It's a great real estate play. So, yeah, rates are high right now, but if you're an all cash buyer, this could provide 350,000 to 800,000 a year on your cash. So storage facilities are excellent investments. They always have been great to have a franchise model like storage authority behind you. So for those of you that can invest a little more and you want something that is lucrative, hard to beat, a nice, boring business like storage authority, text us at 305-710050.

So, next up on the list. Like I said, folks, it was a busy week last week, despite the holiday. We saw Spray Foam Genie actually sold another unit. So there was two people who bought Spray Foam Genie last week. Also, that one painter sold two units. That one painter.

It's the painting franchise that takes the world by storm. People ask me why are people buying this thing like crazy? Well, they built a pilot location that does four million dollars per year. And again, the math on a painting franchise. That means it's a four-unit business. But the beauty of a four-unit painting business is you spend probably about, let's say, $160,000 on franchise fees and then you spend another $200,000 on working capital and a painting franchise that's doing four million a year. Boy, it better have a net of near $800,000. So again, boring business. But the thing that is separating that one painter and the reason why investors are so bullish their support team is really great. They have a company culture. It's like kind of Apple-esque in my opinion. They're cool, they're young, they have a great vibe. They have a support team of over 30 full-time people to support franchisees and growing.

I can tell you they do offer a ridiculous level of training, world-class coaching, in-house marketing I put my credit card on file. They do the marketing In-house appointment center. Someone calls your franchise, fills out a form online. They book it for you. So that's what people really like is that these kind of newer, up-and-coming home services franchises. They are next level cool. They have next level support. They are a great investment for your money. So that one painter, while there's still units available. Rolling Suds the power washing professionals. Rolling Suds is really building a brand for power washing. I'm sure many of you out there have had your homes power washing. You've had your pavers power washed. You know what it can do. You know the beauty that it can reveal for your home. Check this out.

Speaker 1:

Rolling Suds shows a $2.2 million annual average and a $818,000 average net profit. This is a really simple business Not a lot of materials, if any. Basically, it's getting trucks on the street. So just to get a simple idea of how you scale a power washing business. One truck averages over $373,000 per year with a 30 to 40% profit margin. So what that means is, even after you paid all the royalties, you might net 30%. So what would I do? Well, I own a power washing business. I have five units. That's how you do it, but it really all this depends on what your working capital is. You know, if you have $300,000 you can invest. You can easily take three to four Rolling Suds units and grow yourself a two, three million dollar business. So if you want to save $2,000 on the up and coming Rolling Suds power washing franchise that is taking the world by storm.

Now one keynote on Rolling Suds it is not absentee. They will definitely want you to be full time of the business. What does that mean? They don't want you to drive the truck, they don't want you to wash the windows, they want you to be the CEO, but they want you to do it full time. So that's okay For some people. They really want to dive into their business full time and make it their life's work, just like I do on franchise insiders every single day, putting your full time energy into a business asset that you are growing. I mean. There's not many other better ways to spend your time.

Folks, versus that one painter. If you buy that one painter and you buy five units with them, you get their investor model where they will really help you to run the business. You'll still run the business, but you could keep your job. They'll help you with hiring the right people. Approving the people to hire.
