Let's talk about the franchises people are buying and first up on the list I'm really excited about this.

This franchise is called Stan Strong Fencing. It's the newest thing from Horsepower Brands and for any of you that listen to our podcast or subscribe to our newsletter, you know we are huge fans of Horsepower Brands because they take such great care of franchise owners. They are one of those franchisors that helps with the marketing and the call center and all the things that help people become real semi absentee franchise investors. If you're like me, you already have a full-time job or another business. But you want to diversify. A Horsepower Brands the right way to go, and so Stan Strong Fencing. Well, it's a fencing franchise.

In its item 19 it shows gross revenues of a million five achieved with a part-time sales rep and an EBIT of $245,000. After all fees are paid, their average job ticket is $5,300. Their number of subcontractors needed to achieve the million five is one Low startup capital. They say that you need a franchise fee of $5,950 and total investment is low, is $178,000. Now, total investment, that includes the franchise fee that you pay. So in this case, you pay your. You pay your franchise fee of $59,000. You throw your other $120k in the bank, on the business bank, and you go to work. So the beauty of a business like this. And when you see gross revenue of a million five, that tells you that that's a single unit. A single unit territory is generally gross somewhere between $800,000 and a million five.

Folks, I've said it before and I'll say it again franchising is a game of units. I own five units of pinks windows because I want to grow a $5 million business. Stacking units is the way to build more revenue, but of course you need to be careful don't spend too much money. Don't spend more than you have. Comfort care home care 1.5 million dollar average unit gross revenue per comfort care location. That's no surprise. Home care franchises I'll bet across the country the average home care franchise grosses a million bucks per year. It's home care. People need it. Company like home care, what are they providing? They're providing caregivers who are essentially certified nursing assistants and home health aides, into the home to provide companionship. So they're not providing medical services, they're providing companionship, typically to older seniors age 80 plus, that type of thing. So if you were looking for a slam dunk business, senior care with a brand like Comfort Care would be a great way to go Low upfront investment. Comfort Care Franchise fee is 57K. We save you 10,000. They say total investment 173,000. So again, pay them the $57,000 franchise fee, plunk the 120K in the business bank account and off you go. Now home care is one of those, one of the few franchises where you might be able to build a single unit up to 3 million gross per year. There's really not an arbitrary cap on a senior care franchise as much as their own, say, service franchises or food franchises. So if you can work the business full time, senior care is not semi absentee, stand strong fencing is Senior care is full time. But you know what? Let's say you're sitting there. You're used to working 40 to 60 hours a week for someone else. If you go work 40 to 60 hours per week as a Comfort Care franchise owner, you can build yourself a multi-million dollar asset. Next up, 360 painting, the top quartile. Average gross sales per year for 360 painting is $1.1 million. They feature a semi absentee or active owner model. They have great training. They have an in-house call center that takes all the lead calls, schedules, estimates and they plunk those meetings right into your calendar. They have large territories and guess what folks? They're a painting franchise.

Painting franchises are awesome, just like senior care. I've been in this business 20 years. Painting franchises sell every single day. Painting is great because you can do really big jobs $5,000 residential jobs, $100,000 commercial jobs. So it's really a good, safe industry to get into. 360 painting has a franchise fee of $65,000. Total investment, they say, is $100,000 on the minimum. So yeah, could you start a 360 painting by paying $65K on the franchise fee and getting $10,000 cashback rebate from us and then putting another $50K in your bank account and off you go. Next up, best choice roofing. Roofing franchises Holy smokes, roofing franchises are amazing. Mighty Dog Roofing that's another horsepower brand has sold like crazy. It's been a top seller this year and so has best choice roofing. We have a client that built $200,000 in his first full month as a best choice roofing franchisee. Their average location gross is $6.2 million. Roofing is a big business. The average ticket is $12,000. This is a booming industry. It's totally recession resistant. It's very low investment. Franchise fee is $59.5,. Total investment as low as $110,000. But let's talk about this. You want to be good with a roofing franchise. You better be a good salesperson or you better hire one. This is a sales intensive business. Now, if you could build a $6 million business, hell yeah, it's worth your time to have a sales intensive business. So best choice roofing one of the best low investment, high return, low investment franchises that's out there. They have a great team. They're from franchise Fastlane. So I definitely recommend considering best choice roofing and we'll save you $10,000 through our cashback rebate program.

Next up, that one painter. Every single week it feels like we're talking about that one painter Just like 360 Paint. They've got the call center. They set your appointments for you, they've got their full marketing suite. You put your credit card on file. They do all of your marketing for you. They are an absolute top seller for 2023. The average unit volume is a million three. Their top location did four million dollars last year. What does that tell you? Four units, four million dollars, one unit 1.3 million dollars. That's how we do it, folks. So if we're talking about the investment on that one painter, the franchise fee is 50 grand and they say a low on the investments probably about 80 grand. Really low investment business on a single unit.

Again, it ain't glamorous, but the best franchises aren't. They're from Rezzy Brands. I own a Rezzy brand franchise called Pink's Windows. I can tell you these guys are the real deal. I can also tell you they're selling franchises like nobody's business. So if you consider buying a Rezzy brand franchise like that one painter, have some patience. They're getting people on boarded. They're great people. They kind of, in my opinion, have Apple culture Really worth a conversation, as are all these franchises that we're talking about, but Rezzy Brands and that one painter if I had 150k in my pocket or in my 401k that I could roll over. Boy, this would be a franchise I would seriously consider. And it's again painting. We've been awarding painting franchises as long as we've been in franchising.

Speaker 1:

Next up on the list, another recession resistant business and another new kick-ass franchise brand from a group of motivated entrepreneurs. Vota cleaning and restoration were the average unit. Gross revenue was $1.7 million with $559,000 net profit. What is Vota? Well, vota has multiple revenue streams. They are cleaning and restoration. They have scalable revenue streams for both residential and commercial customers. They have immediate cash flow because you can do cleaning services while you're building the restoration business. They have done for you marketing, lead generation and appointment setting. And I'm going to tell you something the CEO of Vota is a lead generation animal. This dude knows how to get leads and if you're a business owner, leads are your lifeblood.

Speaker 1:

Restoration is another one of those types of franchises that has always been around, always done well. Franchise for you for Vota is $59,500. Total investment as low as $146,000. This one is going to be a top seller next year. It's quickly become a top seller this year. Last but not least, a franchise that's been around for a long time. That is a tremendous opportunity.

Pmi Property Management Inc. Oh, by the way, we can save you $10,000 on your Vota franchise, so do text us 305710050. Pmi this is Property Management, where the average owner revenue is about $570 per unit. So how does that stack up to the average single unit? It's low, but it's also a low investment. Franchise fee is $59,000. We save you $2,000 on this franchise. But they're saying, basically, on the low end, you could start with maybe $10,000, $20,000 in your business bank account and get this thing going. On the high end they say it's $205,000.

So if it's me with PMI, if I were to do it, I would be looking to do at least three units. That's how I would go PMI. So I would plan on my total investment being $200,000 because I'd want to grow a business that does a million six. But listen, it is a home-based, recession-resistant business. People need their properties managed. They do Property Management, real Estate Services. They provide leading-edge technology, training systems and support. They already have more than 400 franchisees. You're managing properties.
