Let's dig in for this week, starting off the. This is a customer service business the uniforms, the vans, the whole experience. When you see the advertising that they do, when you see what the pinks guys look like and I invite all of you to go check it out Pinks windows, it's as the kids say, it's a vibe, and that's why Jill and I invested in pinks and so far. We're about 10 weeks in and very happy with the business. Now here's what they're showing in the item 19. They're showing a net profit of about $360,000. In a territory that has about three trucks, that is an amazing profit margin. Here's the thing to know. Pinks has a tremendous brand presence and image in their original location in Austin, texas. So that really helps them to increase their margins because they don't have to do as much advertising. When you're a new franchise owner you need to do a lot of advertising to build that brand presence. So this window washing and power washing has always been a really high margin business. But do know that it's like anything All of these franchises, you have to put the time in. You have to put the capital in to let them grow and achieve what they can. But Pink's is a really it's a different thing. It's got a great brand in a boring service industry. So some of the other things that make it unique, like I said, very stylish brand, incredible marketing. That's done for you. The team at Resi does all of your marketing. They have the call center that books appointments. Window washing and power washing they're easy to teach. This is a very scalable business that's selling out fast.

So why are people bullish on Anchored Tiny Homes? Well, they are the first to market and the only ADU franchise in the market. So when we're looking at alternative development units or smaller homes, look at what's happening. Rates are high, although I've heard they're going to come down here in the next couple of days. Home prices are super high. Baby boomers have claimed so many of the larger homes and, with the rates being what they were when so many of us purchased or refinanced, people are sitting on their houses. So there's a large swath of people out there that can't buy a house, that are renting. So income these tiny homes and folks the.

The item 19, which most franchises have an item 19, where they show you what their franchisees are grossing and netting shows $1.3 million in annual sales versus a total investment of $185,000. Let me just make sure that's correct. Yeah, they say on the low end. It's actually about $114,000 to $185,000. So again, pay your $60,000 franchise fee, save $10,000 if you go with us, and then you want to have at least another $50,000 to $100,000 in your business bank account. If it's me, I'm leaning more towards having $100,000 in my business bank account to build up the business business.

They are a highly profitable model tiny investment for massive returns. They are solving one of America's largest problems, which offers a solution for this housing crisis, which is totally true and they are the full service. They offer full service lead generation. Again, that's what we want. We're going to invest in a franchise. We want a business in the box. Give me the marketing, give me the call center For our franchise. I can tell you that our lead generation Facebook, google, stuff that um pinks does for us it probably results in about 30% of our business. So we still have to go out. Um, our team, our GM, our techs they still have to go out and hustle that business. Jill and I, as owners, still have to network and get business. That's when you own a business. You still have to work folks, but it is nice when you have a franchise that can help you with great marketing, with call center, appointment booking, that type of thing Anchored tiny homes is one to watch. It is executive ownership friendly. It is selling out pretty fast, just like pink. Next up is a new franchise on the list. We just got this one Southern Steer Butcher. This is a modern butcher shop offering premium, ethically sourced meats, marinated meats, homemade sides, specialty groceries, craft beer and wine. They show a gross profit of about a million dollars and an EBITDA of about 358,000. That's really, really good. This franchise model emphasizes a long-term customer retention model, community engagement and a healthy, high quality products All the science is pointing towards and again, I'm a franchise consultant. I am not a dietary expert, but everything I'm reading and seeing points towards high quality, grass fed meat being very, very good for you, so you could own your own butcher shop. How awesome is that? Great work, life balance, relatively low investment. This is ideal for franchisees who have strong sales backgrounds and a desire to scale. Are you the kind of person that loves to cook on the weekend and smoke your own meats and that type of thing? This would be a cool franchise for you to own. Franchise fee of $59,500. The royalty is 6%. Total investment about $400,000. We can save you $10,000 on your. Southern Steer Butcher. This is a really cool franchise. I'm excited about this. I mean, I've switched my diet personally, um over the past six months to a lot more red meat, eggs all the things that the health experts told me not to and I've seen my cholesterol go down, um, incredibly. So, southern steer butcher, this is a cool one. This is a neat franchise, um.

Next up on the list Voto Restoration. We had Dan claps on our. We bought a franchise podcast last week. Here we are again. Restoration Voda, cleaning and restoration $1.7 million unit gross revenue, $560,000 net profit, multiple revenue streams. This is a scalable business. We can save you 10 grand on it. Franchise fee is 59,500. Royalty is 7%, all in investment. They want you to have at least $180,000 to build the business to profitability, or at least 120K in your business bank account once you pay the franchise fee. Next up on the list is GoGlo. Now, in a time where let's face it fitness, beauty. I see a lot of resales. I see a lot of people selling their fitness and beauty franchises. I don't see as many buying new ones. Go glow is an outlier. People are investing in this one at a very good clip.

Tanning uh, sunless tanning is a high growth market, even in markets where there's a lot of sun, because we know how damaging the sun's rays can be. This has a high need and the numbers are great, and we're going to have the CEO of GoGlow on our we Bought Our Franchise podcast here in about another month. She is an incredible story. Goglow features incredible financials average gross sales of $670,000 and a net of $237,000. What I like about GoGlow is that that you can actually, as you're building out your retail space, um, you can open up a go glow in more of a salon suite, um, and so you can start earning revenue even while you're building up your go glow.

Um, they, their products, are actually ranked incredibly high. Uh, they say that go glow is a skincare plus service brand and they provide custom and natural looking sunless tans but also generate nearly 30 of their revenue from skincare products. So again, really cool business, highly ranked products. Look it up. They are a high ticket, multiple revenue stream, proprietary equipment products and have over 5 000 five-star reviews. If I'm investing in a retail franchise, I'm probably going to err on that higher side. I just think that it's smarter, right? People don't go out of business for being overcapitalized.
