I see it or hear it all the time on Christian sites...beautiful and encouraging promises from the Lord from the Scriptures...WITHOUT THE QUALIFYING CONDITIONAL REQUIREMENT that comes with those beautiful and encouraging words! Brethren, our Heavenly Father ALWAYS put a conditional requirement on HIS promises or blessings! Way too many people in the Church have tried to 'turn' the holy and just God of Scriptures into a 'Candy-Man' God who they believe simply hands out all HIS 'goodies' because HE can! From the beginning of the Scriptures until the very end God All-Mighty has always been about DOING AS HE SAYS IF YOU WANT HIM TO DO AS HE HAS PROMISED!
