In this episode my client shares her experiences of navigating the real estate market in California and the challenges of balancing practical spending with building long-term wealth.
Despite being excellent savers and practical spenders, my client shares her realization that having a savings mindset isn't necessarily the same as a wealth-building mindset. While she has efficiently handled childcare and kept costs low, building wealth in other ways feels like a significant obstacle.
