Sherrivonne Brown is the President/Sr. Partner of Rise FP&A, LLC, a boutique financial planning & operational analysis consultancy firm that helps established small to mid-market business owners & leaders improve business operations through strategic, cost saving initiatives. Ms. Brown is an accomplished senior financial executive that leads through complex and difficult environments in a seamless manner drawing from over 20 years of experience in financial planning, project management, cost management, financial performance analysis and consensus building. She is passionate about taking on new projects and specializes in turning around underperforming business units. Ms. Brown has designed and implemented strategic plans to maximize business performance for early-stage growth, nonprofits, & fortune 100 and 500 companies. She holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and is a certified Leading SAFe 4.5 Agilist.
Additionally, through her coaching services, Ms. Brown helps both establish and new to market entrepreneurs in developing out their business ideas and positioning them for upward mobility.
Ms. Brown has served multiple terms as Treasurer for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she has been a member for over 25 years.
