Who has clinical experience with children, families, and adults with an emphasis on trauma-informed care. He also holds a Juris Doctorate of law, using his training to draft and analyze mental health policy and advocate for those he serves. He is a member of the UA Army Reserve and runs a private practice in Washington DC. While on active duty, Phillip serves as the Deputy Director of the Army Psychological Health Program.
