On this weeks episode I an excited to share with you @shelleymckenzie_naturpath, Shelley has been in the health industry for over 15 years. She is a Mum of 3, Clinical Nutritionist and Naturopath and cohost of The No BS Motherhood Podcast 

We have an awesome chat on the importance of healthy nutrition for both us as parents and our kiddo's.  And the CHALLENGEs of being able to achieve that, with causing extra stress for mumma and with fussy eater's, Shelley shares lots of tricks of the trade to get the nutrition in.  Making it as easy as possible.


Her journey began when she 24 years old and experience a sudden health storm within her body. She was diagnosed with a condition called Hashimotos, an autoimmune disease. From here she made it her mission to learn about nutrition and how she could overcome and manage this diagnoses by using the ‘food is medicine’ principles.


She now pairs her degrees with her own personal health and motherhood experiences to help her clients live a happy, healthy and well balanced life.
