We met during our ICAgile Enterprise Agility training with The Agile Company and found our conversations during breakout sessions so compelling we started this podcast.

Over the course of the last year diversity and inclusion have become hot button issues. Do we take a direct or indirect approach, how to we inititate discussions on the topic and so on.
