Podcast: My story of Chronic Fatigue. Special Guest Courtney O'Leary

This was a long time anticipated podcast. I've always wanted to sit down with Courtney and hear her story of Chronic Fatigue. Who knew we would be serenaded by cicadas (sorry about that!)

When you listen to this podcast you will truly understand why I value Courtney so much. She has the kindest heart. She is walking integrity. It is so cruel that such a beautiful person was wounded mid flight by Chronic Fatigue. She had to claw her way back to where she is now and it hasn't been an easy ride. She has had to learn a lot about the condition, about her body, her limits, her healing and the need for more patience than I would argue is humanly possible.

Chronic Fatigue is an invisible giant that sits on you. While you are wiped out and ill from your core, the world doesn't see it. I really appreciated Courtney taking the time to share the psychological struggle, as well as the physical struggle that is inherent to Chronic Fatigue. This conversation was a true education for me. My goal is that podcasts like this one, personal stories and wisdom shared, and people like Courtney will finally bring much needed awareness to this condition that is argued to affect 1.3% of the population.
