I once read about a sister in Christ who said, "I'm looking for a church and other Christians who don't think this is the time for business as usual."
Jesus is coming soon, and I want to remind believers that we have little time left to warn people to come to saving faith before God's Judgment falls on this world. This is no time for business as usual!

Functions, activities, and programs

Doing life together, plugging in, finding community?

Many people are more exited about their church, movement, and programs than they are about Jesus.

The greatest thing we have to offer a lost world is Jesus.

A lost opportunity to talk about Jesus instead of ourselves.

Consumer oriented, seeker-sensitive, numbers focussed, instead of gospel-centered.

What is true Christian fellowship?

Are we promoting ourselves or the gospel?

Quit playing church-cloistered professional hirelings.

God has a remnant church scattered in church buildings throughout the world.

I love the local church and contending for the faith.

Service projects or outreach and evangelism?

Andy Stanley has lead many leaders away from the great commission and into the great promotion.

Don't tell people how great your church is, tell them how great Jesus is!

Most people will never walk into a church to hear the gospel, so we must go into all the world.

Go to church for discipleship, equipping the saints, solid biblical teaching, etc.

This may be the last day someone will get to respond to the gospel, so don't substitute witnessing for relational evangelism.

Go into all the world and preach the gospel!
