On one of the only snowy days in 2023 (so far), Lucy and David got together down the line' to discuss online portal commissions, customer choice and pretty much any other words we could find beginning with the letter C!

It's an important topic for those of us in the hospitality sector and for all our guests - even though many people booking a holiday today won't be aware of how the industry is changing (and affecting customer choice) behind the scenes. 

We believe now is an opportune moment to raise this topic while everyone in the media is becoming obsessed with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how as a tiny company, we hope to add a real human 'value' in every customer contact before, during and after the stay.
