We are two gals discussing all things adulthood. Things we weren’t taught in school, that made you wonder ‘is anyone else going through the same thing? The same experiences? Having the same thoughts? How does one even become an adult?’ We talk college, moving out, relationships, puberty, sexism, travelling and So much more.These are our experiences of navigating adulthood, the highs and lows, and just generally trying to figure life out as we go. Through a collection of our own experiences, we answer the questions everyone seems to have about growing up and trying to find your place in the world, from a ‘been there, done that’ perspective.We are so excited for you to listen to our stories, have a laugh with us, and hopefully find something relatable in it all. In this episode, we chat about the year we spent studying abroad, and everything that came with it. Moving to two different countries in the space of a year, when you don’t speak the languages is hard enough, but then throw in meeting new people, trying to find somewhere to live, and somehow figure out all your lectures/exams! We reminisce on our experiences and also give some tips on what we wish we had known/done.
We also talk about the incredible moments and experiences we had on Erasmus, how the year contributed to our growth as people, how we took the good with the bad, and ultimately had one of the best years of our lives.
