TC POD6 - Bucking the Trend and a Right 'ole Chinwag

Ah the Great British weather, but at Taste Cheshire we don't let it put too much of a dampener on things.
This week we focus on the positive. We catch up with Joe Whittick from the food shop heaven that is Whitmore & White and hear how they bucked the lockdown trend to grow their business by embracing a new direction.
We also have a right ole chinwag with Claire Taylor, manager of Urbano32 in Chester City Centre, who is also managing Burgershed41, a whole new menu, a brand new wine list and doing it all with a great big smile on her face.
There's news from our friends at Taste Knutsford and some silliness about sausages since it's National BBQ week apparently.
