In this interview, Courtney Cusat (mom, food scientist and health coach) talks about her journey of becoming her truest self and how showing up authentically in her life has empowered her to become a thriving leader.

 Stacey Friedman, founder of Lucky Girl Health & Wellness, is on a mission to support highly sensitive people across the globe. An author, healer, empath educator & empowerment coach, Stacey supports her clients through their discovery that they aren't "too sensitive" like they've been told, but that they are actually Highly Sensitive People. An HSP and empath herself, Stacey provides education, inspiration and healing for other "20%ers" so they can feel peace, joy and lightness in their lives as she has done on her own. 

Guest Courtney Cusat empowers highly sensitive people and empaths to thrive in their life and share their gifts within the workplace. She uses an integrative approach to equip and empower the overwhelmed to approach their day with confidence, alignment, and focus.  Courtney is a mother of two highly sensitive children. She encourages their authenticity through an open and honest parenting style. She loves her husband, spending time with her friends, and enjoys quiet time while writing and coloring in her journal.

She has a BS in Food Science, MS in Human Nutrition, and is a Certified Integrative Health Coach.
