Where she administers her experience in product and business development, analytics and AI & Cybersecurity in supply chain. Kandyss Trancoso's, background in International Business Management at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, has empowered her to mentor numerous Caribbean entrepreneurs. In 2015, with Royalink Ltd, she pioneered the first Tech Incubator for students, launching 15 tech startups that address community challenges in Trinidad & Tobago.
With over 15 years of experience leading impactful ventures, especially in Digital Transformation and Financial Inclusion, she stands out as a beacon of entrepreneurial resilience, and is positioned at the forefront of Financial Technology in the Caribbean and US.
Currently, Kandyss has expanded her impact with the creation of CARICOMPLY, demonstrating her commitment to technological innovation and compliance in the Caribbean.
