I don't see why not.  Hundreds of years ago the foundations of our own banking system (prior to being co-opted) was partially founded by the financial instruments of Mutual Companies. These centuries old strategies of working together and working with your neighbor are now almost an unknown secret amongst the rich families that still do things the old way and for their advantage. Why not give ourselves an unfair advantage too? All the while this type of genesis instrument could be one of the foundational keystone financial instruments to truly move banking and investing into the digital and cryptographic space. How big are we willing to think?
