As an organisation gets bigger, it's very easy to lose the little people, a sense of who you people are...
We're not doing this to point the finger at someone, or to get rid of someone...
I talk about, there's sort of a path to mental ill health ...
The point is, is that when you get into this stress level ...
it's getting in there before the big wave hits, rather than firefighting ...
there's far too much reactive work being done and I feel what Truthsayers can do with StressAssess ...
and it might reveal some uncomfortable truths. / Well, it will do! ...
People don't like change, people don't want to change jobs every 2 or 3 years ...
