The vagus nerve is arguably the most important nerve in our entire body. And the nerve that holds the most power over our digestive system, our heart, our breath and our thoughts.

In this episode, I explain some of the functions of the vagus nerve, why it's important we support vagal tone and what you can do at home to help your nervous system function.
