Meet Jeff Cagandahan, isang proud intersex man at human rights activist, na siyang co-founder ng Intersex Philippines at co-chair ng Intersex Asia. Di biro ang pinagdaanan ni Jeff na embarrassment at discrimination bilang intersex. Kung kaya't nagsagawa siya ng  petition sa korte para palitan ang kanyang pangalan at kasarian, once and for all. 

In a landmark ruling by no less than the Supreme Court last 2008, Jeff, who was assigned female ("Jennifer") at birth, became the first-ever Filipino to win such a case.
