Hannah Wilson

In this episode I will be chatting to Julia Hancock…

Julia is a lifelong learner and leader of learning. She has leadership experience across a range of contexts in both corporate and education sectors, and has always been committed to enabling positive climates for learning where children and adults alike are empowered to own their own learning. Her company Boundless Learning encompasses a wide range of projects, including tutoring trainee teachers, delivering training, mentoring, supervision and coaching, facilitation of leadership learning. She works with a wide range of collaborations, and also within a voluntary capacity for Headsup4HTs and as a co-chair of Governors for a Primary School.

Julia believes there should be no boundaries to learning and holds this at the heart of her Values-led leadership. She believes in finding creative solutions within a loving environment, cultivating curiosity and joy, inspiring everyone's stories to make a difference and enabling everyone to achieve beyond the boundaries of what they believe is possible. She's still learning, it's not a destination, but grows with us as the world changes.
