Vicki was a secondary English teacher for 23 years, 17 of which she spent as a school leader, starting in 2004 as a Head of English and ending in 2020 as a Deputy Head. She now runs her own educational leadership coaching business We Lead Well. She has recently created the Women Lead Well Coaching Network to connect women leaders in education and support their professional and personal development. She also produces and presents the We Lead Well podcast to support school leaders to improve their own wellbeing and that of their staff.
