Having worked in 5 different sectors including Retail, Property, Education, Security and Facilities Management Oni is a rounded person who believes in transferable skills. She has worked her way up from grassroots to management in each of these sectors, specialising in Crowd safety; Exams; SEMH; SEBD; Mentoring; Program Facilitation; Office co-ordination and Strategic Administration. Oni’s passion is to help others discover theirs; hence she enjoys helping others within her capacity. She is motivated by driving innovation and inspiring focus to improve success. She believes in working to build greater communities by encouraging self worth and empowerment leading to unity across all divides.
