Something strange is happening on the island of Cradle Bay.

Steve Clark and his family move to Cradle Bay after a family tragedy. Steve befriends Gavin and his jitterbug Rachel, who tries to warn Steve that Dr. Caldicott is turning all of the troubled teens into brainwashed robots called the Blue Ribbons. Once Gavin is turned, it's up to Steve and Rachel to stop the evil doctor from taking over the entire town.

Will they stop him in "razor" time?
