This week I discuss why it is important to a marriage to have regular check-ins or CTJ's in your marriage.  Divorce is always an option when you get married but somehow we have made it into a topic to never discuss.  My thought is - if it was discussed more (not as a threat or a weapon) but more like a - Hey how are you feeling in our marriage, it is possible there would be a lot less divorces.  I give some practical advice and ways to set goals as a couple.
