Lee has over the past 25 years founded 7 companies with exits ranging from a few million dollars to well into 9 figures. He has also worked with hundreds of leadership teams in companies ranging in size from 4 employees to over 40,000 employees.
I was asked recently if I was aware of a company that had achieved Step 5 in the Revenue Science™ Cost of Chaos model and I said I think so. I was thinking of Able Engineering which was one of Lee’s companies. To satisfy my curiosity I read Lee’s book “Your Most Important Number” and was then sure I did know of a Step 5 company, which is when I asked Lee to join the podcast.
