Caryssa Lim, MPH, a third-year medical student at Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine, talks with PW editorial board member Alex McDonald, MD, about whether medical school can/should be looked at as a time of despair and paralysis or the best opportunity of a lifetime to affect change.
