I have been struck by how quickly this business has built its brand, unified the market behind a purpose, and overall created a unique persona and brand that is distinct, innovative, vibrant, irreverent and open! 

So I talked with Sandra and Karl about progress to date, the thinking behind the business, the building of the brand, and how they have gone about galvanising the print industry behind their mission. We also talk about how they have brought Zaikio to life by creating culture, why recruiting the right people is so important, and then creating an awesome team and making it happen! I think it is an inspiring story and one all of us in the print industry need to listen to!
