Rob Karsten is regional EMEA director for Excelitas with responsibility for the Phoseon range of products that span the printing industry. Excelitas technology enables huge gains in productivity and efficacy yet they are often unseen within the machine, and as such, this poses a communication challenge. Citing the ‘Intel Inside’ campaign, Rob explains how storytelling enables him to educate and inspire customers of the considerable advantages of Phoseon’s market leading UV LED Curing technology!
