Ep.93.Filmmakers The Boylan Sisters and female-driven movies
In 2022, 24% of the 250 top-grossing films in Hollywood were female-driven, with women writers, directors, producers, executive producers, editors or cinematographers. In 2023, that number had fallen to 22%. My guests today fall into that minority group. The Boylan Sisters create and produce female-driven, faith-based movies. You may have seen Catching Faith, Switched, Identity Crisis, or another of their movies currently on Amazon Prime Video.
