Music Stories with Tony Lloyd

Episode 128 - Susie Vanner -Bond Girl Actress and Brilliant Singer

Tony Lloyd

Ok lets go back to 1977 and the opening sequence to James Bond - The Spy Who Loved me. "What's wrong james ? "Something came up!" "But I need you!" "So does England!"
Susie was the 'Log Cabin Girl' with Roger Moore in the Bond movie and she has had an amazing acting career filming with people such as David Niven and Silvester Stalone and many others.
However her singing career started when she was just 19 when she signed to RCA  and now returning to her love of music has just released her second album recorded at Abbey Road Studios.
If you like Jazz then this is perfect for you and even if it's not you first choice you will love Susie's voice.
She has some great advice for others too based on her impressive experience.
Susie has a great story to tell and I really enjoyed our chat.

Her single from the album "That Kinda Love' is fabulous and I play a bit for you.
