Melissa Wiggins:
Hello, last lassies and lads. We're about to do a very, very special episode. For the first time in the history of Coaching and a Cup of Tea With Mummabear, I have a very special guest who is sitting aside of me, and his name is Dr. Gray or Gray James Roland Wiggins or Gray Roland Wiggins. And he currently has a monarch butterfly on his finger because we grew it from a caterpillar because that's just the kind of summer we're going to have. And so he was in here while I was recording a podcast, and he said, "Hey Mom, can I do that with you?" And I thought, "Well, why not? Of course. You can be on my podcast. Isn't that one of the perks of having a mom that has a podcast?" And so we're just going to chat about what is it like to have a mom like me? Gray, do you want to answer that question?
Gray: Maybe.
Melissa Wiggins: All right, go. You can talk in here.
Gray: It's cool and kind, he's nice. And this butterfly...
Melissa Wiggins:
And you can't see us, but we have a butterfly that's flying all around us. What do you think an easy summer would be like, Gray? If you were going to say you wanted to have an easy summer, what stuff would that involve?
Gray: Swimming.
Melissa Wiggins: Oh, swimming, yes.
Gray: Playing games with the family and other sports.
Melissa Wiggins:
Other sports? What's your favorite thing about summer?
Gray: Having fun with my family.
Melissa Wiggins: Having fun with your family? What is the most fun thing that you think we're going to do this summer?
Gray: Going to Scotland.
Melissa Wiggins: Going to Scotland. Yes, let's go. And London.
Gray: Yes.
Melissa Wiggins: You like traveling?
Gray: Yes, I love traveling.
Melissa Wiggins: You love traveling? That's so cool.
Gray: And South Carolina.
Melissa Wiggins: And we're go to South Carolina to the...
Gray: Tomorrow.
Melissa Wiggins: Lake house. Tomorrow at five in the morning. What?
Gray: Four.
Melissa Wiggins: Four? Oh Lord. So my children are morning people like me. What do you think about mummy working? Do you like that I have a job?
Gray: Yes.
Melissa Wiggins: Yeah?
Gray: Yeah.
Melissa Wiggins: Why?
Gray: Because it's cool for everyone to see it.

Gray: Yeah.
Melissa Wiggins: Why?
Gray: Because it's cool for everyone to see it.
Melissa Wiggins: It's cool for everyone to see my job. It is a very cool job. I'm very lucky.
Gray: I know.
Melissa Wiggins: So you like me having a job?
Gray: Yes.
Melissa Wiggins: That's cool. Is there any questions you want to ask me?
Gray: What's your favorite part about summer?
Melissa Wiggins: Oh, that's a great question. Okay, my favorite part about summer is just the energy of summer. It's just fun. I just feel like there's this lightness, this easiness. Like when we did the photo shoot the other day, and we're just like, "Let's just have fun. Let's just have fun." And so we just had fun and we laughed and joked, and I think that we're really lucky that we have a fun family.
Gray: What's your favorite trip?
Melissa Wiggins: My favorite...
Gray: Ever.
Melissa Wiggins: Ever?
Gray: Yes.
Melissa Wiggins: I think one of my favorite trips ever is the trip we just had to New York City. That was the best. So good. It was the best. I love traveling.
Gray: [inaudible 00:03:43] the best.
Melissa Wiggins: And I love traveling with you. And I love that my job and working lets me...
Gray: The monarch butterfly's on the camera, the mic.
Melissa Wiggins: Yeah, the monarch butterfly is on...
Gray: The mic.
Melissa Wiggins: The microphone, and I'm actually going to take a picture of it because it's kind of cool. So cool, but I think the thing I love is about New York and going on that trip is that we got to do it together because...
Gray: Do you remember Mario?
Melissa Wiggins:I have a job. Mario? So there was this guy who was in our hotel and he was the doorman, and he would chat to us every day.
Gray: Yeah, he was really nice.
Melissa Wiggins: You have to stand closer.
Gray: He was really nice.
Melissa Wiggins: He was really nice.
So yeah, so we just had an impromptu little podcast, and Gray wanted to be on it. And I said, "Why not?" So I'm probably going to share this, and people are going to love it because Dr. Gray is the coolest kid ever, and he just turned nine. He's going into third grade. He's a twin. And since he was a little boy, he's always said he is going to be a doctor, but now he is trying to decide if he wants to be an NBA player. So there's a lot going on in our house.
But Mummabear has to pack a car and get ready to go to South Carolina for a fun week with the kids, and we're super pumped do that. But thanks for saying you like that I work, and thanks for saying that you love me and that I'm cool.
Gray:
And you’re going to play HORSE with us.
Melissa Wiggins:
I'm going to play HORSE and I'm going to get crushed because you guys are way too good at HORSE now. You want to talk about practice? These guys practice basketball every single day, many times a day, and I used to be better than them, but no longer. I am not any longer.
Gray:
Are you sure you are better than us?
Melissa Wiggins: I think I was better than you. I used to win HORSE every week, and now I never win.
Gray: You don't practice.
Melissa Wiggins: All right, I don't practice. All right, anything else you want to add before we finish up, Gray? We're going to send us off to the world. Is there anything you'd like to say to the world? No? You're good?
All right, have an amazeballs day. We love you. Welcome, and I hope you enjoyed Coaching and a Cup of Tea With Mummabear with my amazeballs son, Dr. Gray.
Gray: Yeah.
