I'm Ly-huong Tran (pronounced "lee huhng"). I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner, Digital content creator, and a lover of personal growth.
My goal is simple. I dedicate my time sharing stories and ideas to entertain and inspire you. Over the years, I've done a lot of research into the philosophy of happiness, as I am passionate about people and their desire to live a fulfilling life.
I've worked and crossed paths with various people from all ages and walks of life in public community mental health, corporate, and private practice. I’ve also gone through my own personal life experiences which has given me confidence to express my learnings to you ☺️
