F Tell me true, do you? Yes, you often start your mornings feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Research shows that incorporating mindfulness into your morning routine can significantly reduce stress and increase focus throughout the day. Our topic is finding peace in the morning rush. Today, we'll explore a simple yet powerful strategy to find peace amidst the chaos. Now I'm going to ask you for a little participation. Wherever you are, unless you are driving or operating equipment if you are sitting still somewhere where you are safe to do so, close your eyes and take a deep breath with me. And take a deep breath with me. Imagine yourself in a serene space, keep your eyes closed Perhaps a quiet beach or a tranquil forest. Feel the calmness wash over you. Now bring that sense of peace into your present moment. Open your eyes as you go about your morning tasks or your tasks for the day. Maintain this calm center. If stress m arises, you can silently repeat I am peaceful, I am focused. Close your eyes and take yourself back to that calm

place. A 2011 study by Kang and company found that mindfulness practice can enhance psychological well-being and reduce stress. By incorporating this moment of Zen into your morning, you're setting the tone for a more peaceful and productive day. Remember, you have the power to choose peace even in the busiest of mornings, one of the things I like to do. If I know I'm going to have a pretty busy morning, I like to sit for at least five minutes, depending on how much time I have. It might be five minutes, it might be 30.

But I like to sit in the morning and just visualize my schedule for the day and think about what are the critical things that I need to do ahead of each meeting in order to be ready, and I plan my day so that I can show up 15 minutes before the meeting and be ready to go, or have everything that I need so that, even if it's busy, I can be actively calm and calmly active in it. .
