In todays episode we dive into a topic I think that has plagued most people in the corporate world or when building a business and that is burnout. Whilst I believe in hard work and going above and beyond at times when growing a business or moving yourself up the career ladder, I am passionate about hustle culture being cancelled. We dont need to put our mental and physical health on the line for anything… So I invited my guest on today talk all about burnout and finding more balance in your life.

Katie Rogers was a solicitor climbing the corporate ladder, until lockdown hit when she switched careers and formed Katasana.com - a mind and movement platform designed to help empower women to transform their lives and become the best mental and physical versions of themselves. Katie trained as a yoga teacher in 2015 to learn more about the practice. With a passion to understand more about self development, she continued her training into all things mindset and movement to learn more about herself and how to thrive. After experiencing burn out in lockdown, she created Katasana.com to help others connect back to themselves and learn how to ride the waves of life, particularly in the uncertain covid times. With a community incredible yogis who encourage and support one another, Katie’s aim is to share the incredible benefits of yoga with as many people as possible through katasana.com, YouTube and Instagram. She welcomes you to join her community + introduce yourself to the best version of you.
