How I changed my RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD | Solo Episode
Time for a solo episode to update you on my own relationship with food. I'll give you a clue... a change in environment.
Right now I feel the most content I have in over 12 years!!! Over my time as a competitive bodybuilder I found myself imprisoned by my own internal dialogue when it came to food. I have released 2 solo episodes exploring this and now it's time to share some valuable insight into where I am currently at and what has led me to this day.
